Session Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 24 hours: Clients who cancel their session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-call, no-show will not be eligible for a refund.


Bundle Package Deduction: If the session being canceled is part of a bundle package, the session will still be deducted from the client's bundle. No refund or replacement session will be provided for the canceled session.


Notification: Clients must notify us of their cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time to avoid the cancellation policy.


Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to reschedule their session instead of canceling whenever possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.


Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Clients must provide documentation or evidence to support their request for an exception.


Communication: Clients are responsible for communicating any cancellations or rescheduling requests in a timely manner.
